We fully insure all our client’s items at no cost to the client, which enables peace of mind when it comes to consignment stock being held in our showroom warehouse that is destined for sale. Further details can be obtained by emailing email@example.com.

Purchases for Showroom goods (Fairground Items as listed on our Littleboy’s website) – these are either purchased directly through the website payment system, or off-site through our Price on Application, where stated.
Delivery costs and shipping times and methods are discussed individually on a purchase-by-purchase basis, especially large ticket items and destinations further afield.
Payment card information
We do not receive or store your payment card information on our Littleboy’s website. This is linked to and processed by Stripe.com, the payment system that we use to process our order payments.
Fairground Merchandise Products
These are for products listed in our Fairground Merchandise section of our Sales on this website.
We use selected suppliers in different parts of the world to fulfil our merchandise orders. For this reason, our policy is that –
- there are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on our products.
- Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes
In the event of a damaged product upon arrival, we will gladly replace this. For example, a mug that arrives broken in its packaging. We will request that you kindly send us a photograph of the damaged item, and in the packaging that it arrived in, so that it can help us to resolve this with our suppliers.
We are not living in normal times! Which means that – as much as we would love to guarantee you the best delivery times, we have to inform you of anticipated shipping / delivery times in response to the Covid-19 pandemic:
** DUE TO THE CURRENT GLOBAL SITUATION WITH COVID-19 ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!**
Here are the estimated time frames we are currently recommending for the different items we offer in our Fairground Merchandise section of our Sales shop:
- For garment and bag orders we are recommending 4-6 weeks to receive orders to the US, and 8-10 weeks for international orders.
- For mug, journal and phone case orders we are recommending between 2-3 weeks to receive orders to the US, and 4-6 weeks for international orders.
- For sticker and print orders we are recommending 10-14 business days to receive orders to the US, and 2-4 weeks for international orders.
As, and when, the impacts of the pandemic ease, we hope to see a speeding up of all delivery times. In the meantime, enjoy shopping, and most important of all – stay safe and well!
